Commissioning an army from BK Army Painting Studios begins with requesting a quote. You can call me, send an e-mail, or use the form on the "Contact Us" page to request a quote.

We need the following information:

• Name
• Mailing Address
• Phone Number
• Email
• Details of your commission:
  • Models to be painted (Quantity and Type)
  • Source of models (Whether we purchase them or you ship them to us)
  • Desired color scheme
  • Basing scheme (see the Basing Page for details)
  • Conversion budget

Once you request a quote, we will get back to you via email, within one business day, with either a quote, or a request for clarifications. The quote will list everything related to the project, including all the details as listed above, and will break down the costs so that you can understand what you are purchasing.

The quote will be sent to you in a PDF file for you to review at leisure. If you have any questions about the quote, or wish to make any modifications, we are happy to revise and accomodate you.

Once you are satisfied with the quote, we can start your project. We require that clients pay 50% of the labor and 100% of the materials costs as a deposit before beginning work - no exceptions.

All payments can be sent via PayPal to Bill_Kim99@yahoo.com. Credit cards payments through PayPal are accepted. You can set up a PayPal account at www.paypal.com.

We also accept Money Orders, which can be sent to the address on the left side of the screen. Money Orders on large projects ($200+) are eligible for a 1% discount on the final cost.

Once we have received your deposit, we will begin work on your project and move on to the "Painting" stage.
